We had never used Bark before and were quite hesitant but after speaking with Rachel she made us feel so at ease and communicated well with us throughout. The 2 tiered wedding cake we ordered was absolutely stunning and I’ve already given her details to several of the guests that are getting married. Thanks again Rachel!

Rachel Higgins went above and beyond creating our spectacular wedding cake, it was elegant and exceeded all expectation. The level of thought and detail was stunning and the figurines were remarkable; the likeness to myself and my husband was phenomenal. The sponge was so light and moist and the taste was simply delicious. The compliments from our wedding guests spoke volumes. Nothing short of perfection. We feel truly touched by your communication and kind words throughout your planning and creation of our cake - thank you for all of your patience and persistence to ensure we got exactly what we wished for. Rachel's cakes are genuinely the nicest cakes there are. I have ordered several cakes from her before and she is always so accommodating with allergies and catering for a different amounts of people. She also helped me decide on some delicious and interesting cake flavours! My favourite cake ever is specifically 'Rachel's chocolate cake' and I am lucky enough to have eaten several of them! Can't recommend her cakes enough - you're missing out if you don't order one!!
